He surprises us everytime, which is why we shouldn't be surprised. He actually totally gets the honey bear bottle thing now!!! It is like night and day. Just yesterday he hated it. Today on the other hand he drank an entire bottles worth with the honey bear. He is a little pro at the straw. Just wanted to brag about my little man! He is the bomb!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You brag away, Noah is the man. To be using a straw sucessfully at his age is GREAT....
Keep amazing your mom and dad and siblings Noah, I know you will---every single day will bring a new joy.

WTG Noah!! I nursed Collin but at about 12 weeks we introduced a bottle so I could go back to work. He took it for maybe 3 weeks then refused. So my mom (a saint) had to feed him by spoon, dropper, sippy cup to get him to eat while I was at work. Collin started drinking from straw and sippy cups like a pro at about 5 months. But, if I was around he only wanted to nurse....He nursed until he was 16 months old. Keep up the good work and be patient!! You talked about starting solid foods. Collin was eating table food at 8 months. Things like thick oatmeal, mashed potatoes and gravy, Cheerios etc...I know doctors want you to wait until they are a year old but our kids have such texture issues...that the longer we wait the harder it is because with age our kiddo's get more of an opinion (and more stubborn : Connie
