Once upon a time in Uno Mas land, friends chatted every day and sometimes even clear into the next until the sun came up and the kids woke up and things needed to get attended to,but this day something very different happened. We were just going to prepare breakfast...........when we heard a terible terrible sound coming from the rooftop!!!!!!!

Stella, I just now saw your post about your Dad. I am so so sorry dear bud for what your poor sweet dad has to endure. I so much wish for a miracle for him. He has been in my every prayer along with Laurie's mom. I wish there was more I could do. Hugs and love, Robin

LOLOL Stella.... I had a small bike in my youth when I was 16 and my brother and I fought over it. I had forgotten all about those days til you reminded me. OMG you are one brave girl because I am sure I would not be able to even get on or off let alone go out on the road wiht one of those!!!!!!! You are right about the kids thing, LOLOL, when Dave is driving (eekkk) I am always reminding him we have children that would be homeless and the thought is so scary that I dont want to do anything risky anymore. Ahhhhh, sure wish I had the knowledge that comes with age but still in my prime ya know? Does anyone ever hear an old song from the oldies station and just want to be in a convertible roaring down the road with the wind flying thru your hair hanging out with friends? That's all it takes, one old song that brings back memories and bam...I am a wishful old soul! (but I would need to keep the kids if I got to go back to being young with wisdom hugs, Robin)

Just tell yourself, it is all material stuff and the most important "stuff" wasnt home. I cant even imagine what a creepy feeling it must be to have had strangers, kids or not, rifling thru your things and in your home!!!! HUGE {{{HUGS}}} to you! Robin

SON SAYS: Daddy, how was I born?
DAD SAYS: Ah, well, my son, one day you will need to find out anyway! Mom and Dad got together in a chat room on MSN. Dad set up a date via e-mail with your mom and we met at a cybercafe. We sneaked into a secluded room, and then your mother downloaded from dad's memory stick. As soon as dad was ready for an upload, it was discovered that neither one of us had used a firewall. Since it was too late to hit the delete button, nine months later the blessed little virus appeared. And that's the story.
