before victoria s first day at school i had a chat with the new principal, i asked if victoria was going to have an aide make sure she got off the bus and to class and back on the right bus at the end of the day,, she assured me that yes she would have an aide take care of that...well..... victoria never made it to grandmas house becuase they forgot to schedule a bus for her.... grandma was worried and went to the school lookn for her...... and there she was sittin in class..... they never called me at work or anything. so okay the next day(today) the bus never shows up for her at my house....... so i wait and i wait finally i go down to the school and take victoria to the office,, i said ,the bus never showed up for victoria..." oh" she says in that i dont really give a crap kinda voice... and i said u know she wasnt taken home yesterday, my mother in law had to pick her up and today no one came to pick her up.... well she says yeah theyre still workin on the bus schedules.......... and i kinda get sarcastic becuase ..... well im kinda and a hole sometimes...and i say so if there isnt a bus for her today are you going to take her home? and the sec. says no, i dont have a car... and i say "funny neither does victoria!" and i left..... by the way all the forms i had to fill out to get my kids registered.. i really like the disclaimer that you wont hold the school responsible if your kid gets hurt on the school grounds............... so i wrote in except in the case of negiligence on the part of the school and its employees , they never even noticed.

hi, there are a lot of homemade videos on youtube about kids and adults with t21 , most are made by their siblings , very poinant and very inspirational , i especially enjoy that they are made by their family, no matter the quality of the films you can sure see the love that goes into each one on the negative side you would not believe some of the rude comments posted by the most ignorant people i have heard of so anyway check it out it is worth a few minutes

omg .... what horror stories!!!! victoria was four when she had her adnoids out......... cured her sinus infections right up... no more green buggers and almost no eye weeping........ when she was five we had her tonsils out(due to sleep apnia) her adnoids had grown back so we had them out again too...that was in the morning,,,,,, at four that evening she was eating pizza :othe next day she was eating dorito corn chips.. and i dont mean nibbling on them!!! she never even acted like she had any pain.. but again she doesnt show pain usually.... when i was 42 i had my tonsils out, sever sleep apnia... i would pass out if i laughed too hard from lack of oxygen and i had trouble swallowing, (one thing i did have to do was to learn to drink again , with out my diviated septum and tonsils every time i drank anything it would gush out my nose!!!! ) i was in the icu overnight,, i had my diviated septum fixed , so i had my nose clogged by splints and yucky stuff.. i was sick for ten days , i lost twenty pounds in six days and i seriously wanted to die!!! all in all im glad it was me and not victoria.. and i would do it again,,,it changed my life for me it saved my life...

everyones heard the story of our trip to holland, but not many people have heard the rest of the story.................... as soon as we fueled up we were off! next destination OZ!!!! now oz is scary, much scarier than holland. after all oz has flying monkeys, green witches, lions!, tigers!, and bears! but oz has good witches, munchkins, and a yellow brick road, now that road is long and parts of it are really dangerous, but dont be scared because on that road u will meet the best of friends, cowardly lions , who turn out to be the bravest of all!! brainless scarecrows who will amaze u with their insight!! and the tin man who will show u no matter how hard things get, no matter how dark things seem , you can get through anything with the power of love behind u , all u need is a heart!! you will be amazed at all the new friends and new family you will discover on this wonderous road.......... no one really knows where the yellow brick road ends, it has so many sidestops and so many destinations, each stop is different for each of us.... all you have to do is grab the ones u love and march arm in arm....we're off to see the wizard...................... holland is just a minor stop when ur flying OZ AIRWAYS!
